RMA Policy

We provide complete RMA services for goods within warranty period (one-year warranty).

An additional repairing fee will be charged, if the defects of goods are caused by misuse.

 

RMA Procedure

  • Complete the RMA form and return us via e-mail or by fax(852)2410 1270, together with proof of purchase from your dealer.
  • A RMA number will be assigned to the customer within 3 days.
  • Return the product within a week after receiving the assigned RMA number (with prepaid freight).
  • Customer will receive a confirmation note.
  • Repairing process normally takes 3 to 4 weeks.
  • Repaired goods will be returned (including the freight charge)
